I am an author and psychotherapist. I'm a Jersey girl at heart who lives in Colorado with my husband, daughters, and rescue dogs. I am the author of the Rosie the dragon and Charlie picture book series (Illustrated by Nate Wragg/Two Lions) and HOME FOR A WHILE (Illustrated by Natalia Moore/Magination Press). REMEMBERING SUNDAYS WITH GRANDPA (Illustrated by Nanette Regan/Beaming Books) is expected Fall 2023. My books include themes of courage, flexible thinking, friendship, social emotional learning, seeing your strengths, sensory issues, and emotion regulation. School Visit Topics & Activities
I provide a variety of school programs that include a peek into the writing process, writing tips and tricks, an exploration of feelings and emotion regulation, and engaging activities. Each visit is tailored to the developmental needs of the particular group of students. I love helping students see their strengths and identify and reach for their dreams.
